Category: 🧠Future / Concept Defined, Implementation Deferred
Priority: 🟡 Medium (schedule after Phase I stabilization)
Owner: Gary (concept lead)
Status: Concept fleshed out — awaiting activation
Objective
Evolve the Crisis-Phase Tracker into a broader analytical subsystem that covers both real-time and retrospective civilizational monitoring.
Rename and reposition it as a long-term NeuroSaecular Observatory (or equivalent title TBD) housing live tracking, backfilled cases, and thematic analyses.
Rationale
The Tracker’s role has expanded beyond real-time crisis logging.
It now supports:
- Retrospective analysis (e.g., backfilling OCPA events).
- Pattern validation across HC → CT → FF.
- Cross-temporal diagnostics of societal stress and institutional response.
Reframing it ensures conceptual coherence with Hidden Circuitry and CivMMI, treating it as the sensory cortex of the NeuroSaeculum ecosystem.
Deliverables (when activated)
- Naming decision memo (compare options: NeuroSaecular Observatory, Civilizational Stress Atlas, etc.).
- Structural outline describing subsystems/modes:
- Crisis-Phase Tracking Mode (live events)
- Retrospective Mode (historical backfill)
- Analytical Mode (pattern validation, meta-reports)
- Migration plan for existing Tracker posts and templates.
- Documentation update reflecting new scope and taxonomy.
Dependencies
- Completion of FF makeover and Integration Strengthening Plan (so naming and schema align).
Notes
- No implementation yet — concept fully captured to prevent scope creep.
- Will return for activation once v1.0 Stabilization Plan is complete.
🧩 Status: Logged for future activation; implementation intentionally deferred until after NeuroSaeculum v1.0.
