v1.0 Readiness Dashboard
Opening Night Requirements — What’s Done, What’s Left
This page is the authoritative checklist for determining when NeuroSaeculum is ready for its v1.0 (Opening Night) release.
A subsystem counts as v1.0-complete when it meets the Versioning Standard:
- architecture complete
- definitions stable
- core documentation finished
- dependencies integrated
- no major conceptual holes
- usable by external readers and AIs
- future revisions are additive, not structural
This dashboard shows:
- what is already done
- what is required before v1.0
- what is explicitly not part of v1.0

CTM — Status: COMPLETE for v1.0
CTM Model v1.2: Complete
CTM Process v1.2: Frozen
CTM 1.3 (Shock Cascade Extension): Complete
No further CTM work is required for Opening Night.
CT Monitor — Status: Needs Update
CT Monitor must be updated to reflect CTM 1.3.
Required for v1.0:
- Add interpretation rules for Cascade regimes
- Update guidance for multi-domain coordinated shocks
- Add a section explaining CTM 1.3 → CTM Monitor integration
- Optional: minor update to log template
This ensures Monitor output is consistent with the new CTM behavior.
Civic Topology — Status: Incomplete
Civic Topology now requires a minimal but structurally coherent foundation for v1.0.
Required for v1.0:
- Add “Civilization as a Nervous System” foundational metaphor
- Add full inequality node set (issues, causes, connectors)
- Add causal connectors between inequality nodes
- Publish a minimal CT overview page explaining what Civic Topology is
Full CT build-out is post-v1.0; this is the required minimum.
First Foundation — Status: In Progress
Most FF work is complete. Only core analytic updates remain.
Required for v1.0:
- Insert Analytical Modes v4 section (Assessment / Scan / Forensics)
- Update Assessment Workflow diagram and description
- Add 1–2 foundational meta-patterns (Elite Overproduction Stress and optional AI variant)
All other pattern/anti-pattern bundles are post-launch content.
Hidden Circuitry — Status: Near Complete
Required for v1.0:
- Add serotonin-update section (serotonin as context/safety)
- Optional but recommended: link serotonin role to Turning transitions
Otherwise HC is fully stable.
CivMMI — Status: Near Complete
Required for v1.0:
- Add sidebar: Turnings vs CivMMI Level Changes
- Add crosslink integrating updated serotonin model (HC → CivMMI)
No other changes required.
Renewal Framework — Status: Newly Required
Due to the v1.0 definition, Renewal must exist as a real subsystem, not vaporware.
Required for v1.0:
- Publish a minimal Renewal page defining:
- purpose
- role after Crisis
- how Renewal connects to CivMMI and FF
- short-cycle (CT Monitor) vs long-cycle (Renewal) separation
The full Renewal system remains a v1.1+ development effort.
NS Architecture Pages — Status: Partial
Required for v1.0:
- Add page defining the Three Architectures:
- Internal Architecture
- Web Architecture
- Public Architecture
This establishes conceptual clarity for all subsystems and AIs.
Website Infrastructure — Status: Minor Adjustments Needed
Required for v1.0:
- Add Glossary hover (minimum viable implementation)
- Ensure Versioning Standard page is linked in navigation
- Add this v1.0 Dashboard page to site structure
- Clean up main navigation to clearly present:
- Fields
- Tools
- Systems
- Reference Pages
- Glossary
No major design work required — only functional clarity.
What Is Not Required for v1.0
To prevent scope creep, the following are explicitly outside the Opening Night release:
- Project Atlas (Alternative Civilizational Accounting System)
- River/Crisis Book projects
- AI Hub Workflows and Orchestration Engine
- All extended pattern/anti-pattern bundles (Executive Overreach, Agency Collapse, DC Federalization, Krugman Patterns, Datacenter Affordability, etc.)
- Renewal full specification
- CTM 1.4+ modeling
- Scenario Engine
- Narrative Vectors backlog
- Civic Topology full node map
- Pattern Library Volume 2
These move to v1.1+ and Future Projects.
Summary — Remaining Opening Night Work
The subsystems that still require work:
CT Monitor
– Update for CTM 1.3
Civic Topology
– Nervous system metaphor
– Inequality nodes & connectors
– Minimal CT overview page
First Foundation
– Analytical Modes v4
– Updated workflow diagram
– Meta-pattern additions
Hidden Circuitry
– Serotonin revision
