  • Slug: lowercase, hyphenated (severe-income-inequality).

  • Add domain categories: Economic-issues, Health-issues, etc.

  • Concise, neutral description of the issue.
  • Include distinctions (e.g., income vs. wealth inequality).

2. Metrics / Indicators

  • Common ways the issue is measured.
  • Examples or ranges (from trusted sources).

3. Background & Context

  • Historical origins or usage.
  • Who studies or tracks it.
  • Cross-cultural notes if relevant.

4. Related Concepts

  • Distinctions between similar terms.

5. Moral Foundations Context (optional)

  • Which values are invoked when people debate this issue.
  • List both sides of common value tensions.

6. Cross-links (auto-generated by categories/plugin)

  • Causes: all causal links in [Issue]-cause.
  • Effects: all causal links in [Issue]-effect.

7. Notes & Versioning

  • Open questions or clarifications.
  • Change log (date, contributor).
